Business Analyst
Job Description
Who we're looking for:
VML Dubai is seeking a Business Analyst to drive digital transformation for our Banking / Financial Client.
You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
What you'll be doing:
Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture business needs and regulatory requirements.
Solution Design: Translate requirements into specifications, user stories, and visual documentation (process flows, wireframes).
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, providing project updates and managing expectations.
Quality Assurance: Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs and comply with regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to improving business analysis methodologies.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.
3 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking/finance.
Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence).
Proficiency in creating process flows and wireframes.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Knowledge of banking/finance regulations.
