Description:

\xc2\xb7 A business analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and IT solutions within an organization. They analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate the development of effective solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring they align with the organization\'s goals and objectives.

\xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain clear and detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.

\xc2\xb7 Perform thorough data analysis, validate data integrity, and identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit business needs, clarify requirements, and drive consensus among stakeholders

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and successful delivery of projects.

\xc2\xb7 Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the resolution of any identified issues or defects.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and communicate updates to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of business solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in Banking industry across - Trade, transactional banking, API products, integrations, and supply chain finance

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a business analyst with a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence

\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex issues into clear and concise requirements.
