Experience (5+ years) in business analysis, management consulting, or business process improvement, with proven success in delivering measurable outcomes.
Strong understanding of business strategy and operational models, with the ability to align analysis with organizational goals.
Expertise in business process mapping and documentation (e.g., BPMN), coupled with knowledge of industry frameworks and standards.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in visualization and communication tools (e.g., process diagrams, dashboards, and reports) to present complex information clearly.
Knowledge of digital transformation trends, ERP systems, and emerging technologies relevant to business process optimization.
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, while coordinating with a small team.
Experience in real estate or digital transformation projects is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (Master's a plus).
