Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for eKYC processes and related banking operations.
Liaise between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear communication of requirements.
Support process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the GCC region.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to validate functional requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure they align with system capabilities.
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support the implementation of solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Mandatory:
Strong functional knowledge of
eKYC
processes.
Proven experience in the
banking domain
within the
GCC region
.
Fluent in
Arabic
(written and spoken).
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to KYC and AML.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in banking and eKYC functions in the GCC region.
Preferred:
Experience with digital banking platforms and onboarding solutions.
