Job Responsibilities:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Address client concerns and complaints promptly.
Create sales plans to generate revenue.
Engage with existing clients and manage a portfolio of 250-300 clients.
Retain existing clients, bring in new business from existing portfolio, and generate referral leads.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in client retention, portfolio management, cross-selling & upselling.
Banking sector experience is a plus.
Qualification:
Commerce background with a Master's degree (MBA or M.Com).
