Business Advisor
to join our team. In this role, you will support clients by navigating complex regulatory environments through tailored compliance strategies, insightful analysis, and continuous advisory services. Your expertise will help businesses make informed decisions, reduce risk, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret legal, regulatory, and industry developments that may impact client operations.
Analyze regulatory changes and provide strategic, business-focused recommendations.
Develop clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate complex legal matters to diverse stakeholders.
Design and implement customized compliance frameworks aligned with each client's risk profile and operational goals.
Work collaboratively with client legal and compliance teams to proactively identify and address potential risks.
Deliver ongoing advisory services to ensure continued adherence to applicable legal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business consulting with a strong emphasis on legal and regulatory compliance.
Experience in business setup is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify legal concepts into actionable business guidance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
Willingness to relocate to GCC countries.
