Business Administrator

Job Description

Looking for a candidate who can look after the day to day administrative tasks of the business to ensure its smooth functoning. The job would require:

  • Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Responding to emails from vendors, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders
  • Putting up property listings, refreshing these listings and ensuring these are up to date
  • General office management such as ordering stationary, pantry supply etc.
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Consultants and Senior Management
The candidate must have the following:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Good skills on Microsoft tools; MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Experience and knowledge of using CRMs and listings in Property Portals like Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder
  • Strong personality and can deal with company agents
  • Good in Communication Skills
  • A good grip over formal email writing techniques
