Job Summary: Looking for a Bus Driver in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Safely and efficiently operate assigned bus routes according to scheduled timeframes
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations as well as company policies while operating the bus
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure it is in proper working condition, reporting any defects or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
• Ensure the safety of passengers at all times
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with passengers and colleagues
• Handle any emergencies or incidents that may occur during the course of duty, following established procedures and protocols
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, passenger counts and other relevant data as required
• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new regulations, policies and procedures
• Keep the interior and exterior of the bus clean and presentable
• Report any accidents, incidents, or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate authorities and supervisors
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have a CDL license
• Must have a clean driving record with no major traffic violations
• Strong working knowledge of first aid procedures
• Proven experience as a bus driver or in a similar driving role required
• Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, regulations as well as safe driving practices
• Experience working with children preferred
• Ability to operate and navigate a large vehicle in various weather and traffic conditions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations with professionalism
• Passenger and school bus endorsement required
