Job Description
Provides transportation services for employees from the place of residence to the factories and from the factories to the place of residence.
He checks the safety of the bus to make sure the road is safe on a daily basis.
Report the bus's periodic maintenance needs in advance to ensure it is handled properly.
Ensures vehicle cleanliness at all times.
Ensures safe keeping of bus accessories, for example, jack, first aid kit, etc.
Ensure that all immediate actions required by the rules and regulations are taken in the event of being involved in an accident.
Updating the bus usage log on a daily basis to properly record the mileage.
Understands and follows HS&E regulatory policies.
To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
To report damaged PPE, unsafe machinery and equipment to relevant personnel.
To keep the provided PPE in good working conditions.
To avoid any joking and misuse of safety devices and equipment and care facilities.
To report any accidents, nearby accidents or dangerous conditions to the relevant officials.
To attend planned safety drills.
The right to say "no" to any unsafe act.
Recording and updating the daily database of postal and transportation services transactions.
Performs other related duties as required.
