Key Responsibilities:
Food Safety & Hygiene
Follow HACCP guidelines and proper food handling practices.
Store, prepare, and cook meats safely to prevent cross-contamination.
Maintain cleanliness of the grill, prep stations, and kitchen equipment.
Efficiency & Kitchen Support
Work quickly and accurately during busy service times.
Keep prep and ingredient stations organized and stocked.
Assist with receiving and storing daily ingredients.
Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
2+ years as a Line Cook, ideally in a burger-focused kitchen.
Skills:
Strong kitchen techniques and attention to detail.
Food Safety:
Solid understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
Performance:
Ability to work under pressure while keeping high standards.
Team Spirit:
Positive, reliable, and able to collaborate with others.
Flexibility:
Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Communication:
Ability to follow instructions clearly and maintain smooth workflow.
