Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstation at all times.
Follow food safety standards and UAE hygiene regulations.
Assist with inventory, ordering, portioning, and prep-work.
Work with the team to improve menu items and introduce new creations.
Support high-volume kitchen operations during rush hours.
Follow company SOPs, cooking standards, and reporting guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years
experience as a Burger Chef, Grill Cook, Line Cook, or similar role.
Skilled in
grilling, smashing techniques, seasoning
, and cooking temperatures.
Strong knowledge of
fast food operations
and prep systems.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong hygiene practices and understanding of food safety (HACCP knowledge preferred).
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or late shifts if needed.
Preferred Skills
Experience with
gourmet burger brands
or cloud kitchens.
Ability to create new menu items or improve existing recipes.
Knowledge of American-style fast food, smash burgers, and trending burger styles.
