Ashoka Global DMCC is a leading player in the commodities market, specializing in the trading of precious metals. We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Bullion Trader

to join our dynamic trading team. This individual will be responsible for buying and selling precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium in global markets, conducting market analysis, executing trades, and managing risk while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Execution:

Execute buy and sell orders for precious metals in alignment with market trends, client requirements, and trading strategies. Ensure that all trades are processed efficiently, with attention to accuracy and compliance with internal protocols. Monitor trade settlements and ensure transactions are completed on time and in line with agreed terms.

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify profitable trading opportunities based on both fundamental and technical analysis. Analyze global economic trends, geopolitical factors, and central bank policies to forecast potential price movements. Use advanced analytical tools to assess market conditions and provide recommendations to senior management.

Risk Management:

Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company and clients from market volatility. Use stop-loss orders, hedging techniques, and portfolio diversification to manage exposure in the bullion market. Continuously assess market risks and adapt strategies to minimize financial losses.

Client and Supplier Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with bullion suppliers, clients, and stakeholders. Negotiate pricing and terms for transactions to ensure favorable conditions for Ashoka Global DMCC. Provide clients with timely market updates, trading insights, and personalized recommendations.

Portfolio Management:

Manage and monitor the company's bullion portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall investment objectives and market conditions. Make adjustments to the portfolio as required, based on shifts in the market or changes in client requirements.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all trading transactions, positions held, and portfolio status. Generate periodic reports on trading performance, market conditions, and risk analysis for senior management. Prepare detailed reports for compliance and regulatory purposes.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:

Ensure all trading activities comply with relevant financial regulations and industry standards. Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes affecting the commodities market, and ensure the company adheres to all legal requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Educational Background:

A

Bachelor's Degree

in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred). Advanced certifications in financial analysis or commodities trading are a plus.

Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in UAE in a similar bullion trading role or commodities trading position. Proven experience in analyzing precious metals markets, executing trades, and managing a bullion portfolio.

Skills:

Strong

global financial markets

and economic factors that influence bullion prices. Expertise in using

trading platforms

(e.g., Bloomberg, MetaTrader) and

technical analysis tools

. Exceptional

abilities, especially in high-pressure, fast-moving market conditions.

Negotiation skills

and the ability to develop lasting relationships with clients and suppliers. A strong understanding of

risk management

techniques, including hedging and stop-loss orders. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

and other financial software for data analysis and reporting.

Excellent communication

skills, both verbal and written.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
