Our client is a global consultancy looking to invest in and onboard a building surveyor. As part of their structure growth plans for the region they\'re looking to grow their building consultancy division and bring in a building surveyor with some initial experience in the GCC and put them on a management plan to progress into more senior roles.

A successful building surveyor will have:

• Bachelors in Building surveying or related discipline
• Experience in executing RERA compliant surveys for Owners Association Management companies.
• Conducting comprehensive surveys and inspections of various structures to ensure strict adherence to building regulations and industry standards.
• Offering valuable technical guidance to clients in matters pertaining to construction and real estate, sharing expert insights to facilitate informed decisions.
• Producing detailed reports and assessments that meticulously evaluate the condition of buildings, providing a clear picture of their state.
• Supervising and managing the maintenance and repair activities of buildings, ensuring that all necessary measures are taken to uphold their structural integrity.
• Investigating and documenting any building defects encountered during inspections, and subsequently recommending suitable remedial actions.
• Providing professional advice and guidance concerning building standards and regulations, ensuring that all projects align with the necessary requirements.
• Vigilantly monitoring and reviewing ongoing building projects to ensure they comply with the stipulated regulations.
• Thoroughly reviewing and updating building plans, designs, and specifications to maintain alignment with current standards and best practices.
• Establishing effective communication channels with contractors and other industry professionals to facilitate the successful completion of projects.
• Actively participating in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of a project.
