Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors.
Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance work.
Inspect building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, etc.) to ensure proper functioning.
Handle maintenance requests from tenants and resolve issues promptly.
Manage maintenance budgets, supplies, and inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Prepare regular maintenance and inspection reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum of
4 years of experience
in building or facilities maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.
Diploma or degree in
Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
