Requirements:
Diploma in Engineering - Civil (Preferable), Mechanical, or Electrical
Good communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
UAE Driving License is Mandatory
Role Overview:
Oversee building maintenance and repair works
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal departments
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Conduct routine inspections and resolve technical issues
Salary: Starting from AED 3,500/- Per Month
