Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day coordination and assistance to property Owners and Tenants
Report regularly to supervisors and management
Prepare and submit
daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Record and document observations, incidents, and activities, including interviews and obtaining necessary signatures
Coordinate and follow up with contractors and relevant authorities as needed
Ensure timely collection and follow-up of service charges and other fees
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and property upkeep
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
