Role Purpose:
The build PM will lead the 1ERP MAF implementation across tech and build stacks to achieve the desired business values and KPI’s within the 1ERP SAP S/4HANA solution. He/she will be responsible for the overall vision, strategy setting, and KPI fulfillment of the stacks. He/she will build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders to make sure that the implementation is on track.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Collaborate with Program Office Architects to shape the end-to-end implementation strategy and realize the business value of the SAP S/4HANA implementation solution
Track KPIs associated to agreed business values and set targets to achieve the desired results for the entire stack, in alignment with the respective stakeholders
Ensure interfaces and dependencies within the different stacks are considered
Stay in sync with the implementation team on priorities and day-to-day

Create and maintain a roadmap for the various areas (i.e., tech and build)
Manage SI to leverage resources and solutions to meet desired implementation goals and financial impact
Exercise strong decision-making mandate across the team
Personal Characteristics and Required Background:
7+ years in product management role; experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation strongly preferred
Minimum two full lifecycle implementations/roll outs and support experience in SAP S/4HANA
Ability to build end-to-end implementation vision, strategy, roadmap, and KPIs
Ability to make data-informed decisions and translate customer and business insights into a solution vision
Ability to clearly communicate the connections between larger business goals and project roadmap both to people inside and outside of your functional domain
Ability to form alliances and bring together multiple internal and external stakeholders to execute on a common mission
