Budgeting&costing Specialist

Job Description
- Have in depth understanding of cost drivers across laundry operations, logistics, marketing and finance through ongoing formal and informal communication. Development of costing models to evaluate different cost elements including direct and indirect costs to perform services\xe2\x80\x99 costing.
- Liaison with respective departments to develop customer order wise management reports giving full visibility to the management on close of each job with analysis against initial plans vs. final job results. (Expectation: will perform deep dive analysis of all cost elements, ensuring that that should be properly accounted for in services\xe2\x80\x99 cost for each order and proper controls shall be in place to monitor its deviations with plan /budgeted cost)
- Liaising with respective functions i.e., operations, logistics, procurement, marketing, HR/admin etc. for finalization of budgeting templates for input submission (Expectation: this position will effectively support each function to develop their budgets as per management requirements)
- This position shall be key member for execution of digitalization plan, shall explore different options to integrate the industrial tools with financial systems to improve efficiency & integrity of data for effective & efficient decision making.
- Assists in development of financial process, policies and procedures for the laundry operations to determine whether the most important controls are operating as intended and to ensure cost drivers accuracy in accordance to predefined standards as outlined with the new costing approach.
- Supporting management in preparation of analysis and financial justification for capital projects including capital budgets.
- Preparation of monthly management reporting in line with business requirements
- Monitoring of monthly financials against the approved budget and establishing variances with justified reasons in liaison with respective functions
- Development of management reports in financial system for budgetary controls in liaison with tech teams
- Support Financial Controller in day-to-day activities with respect to budgetary controls and actively contribute into establishing budgeting/cost control environment within the organization.

\xef\x82\xb7 Have worked on zero based budgeting/ABC Costing
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent knowledge of financial planning
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis \xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of accounting best practices and regulations
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to explain budgeting and financial information in plain terms. \xef\x82\xb7 High attention to details and accuracy
