Train new and existing staff and client on bubble tea preparation, recipes, presentation, hygiene, and customer service. Standardize training methods and maintain consistency across stores.
Develop Training Materials
Create manuals, SOPs, videos, and checklists to support staff learning and onboarding.
Monitor Quality and Consistency
Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure drinks meet quality and brand standards. Provide one-on-one and group coaching to improve staff skills, speed, and efficiency. Identify performance gaps and provide actionable feedback. Work with R&D or product teams to test, train, and launch new menu items. Assist with store openings, re-trainings, and troubleshooting operational issues related to product prep.
Requirements
UAE Driving License
2+ years' experience in bubble tea, cafe, or beverage service
Prior experience in training or supervising teams
Deep knowledge of bubble tea preparation and ingredients
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Willing to travel between store locations as needed
Passion for quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
