  • Identify and engage prospective new clients.
  • Generate and manage lists of available properties.
  • Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Conducting viewings and follow up.
  • Negotiating offers and contracts.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain regular contact with all clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good English communication skill.
  • Currently living in Dubai.
