Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, providing quotations support, resolving queries, and offering guidance on Insurance products and services.
Maintain regular communication with brokers to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify growth opportunities.
Deliver detailed product information, updates, and training sessions to brokers on policy features, claims procedures, and new product launches.
Ensure brokers follow correct procedures for underwriting, policy issuance, and claims management.
Assist brokers in the sales process by providing necessary tools, resources, and support to close deals effectively.
Track and maintain accurate records of broker interactions, sales performance, and related metrics.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational challenges impacting broker performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance or a related field.
? Good English communication skills
? Strong knowledge of Excel (should know formulas)
