The role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced British / European Designer who excels in both design execution and client interaction. In this role you will:

Lead conceptual design and detailed development for both interior fit?out and exterior landscaping projects. Present design concepts, mock?ups and finish proposals directly to clients, consultants and stakeholders. Translate client briefs into creative solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, budget and timeline. Work collaboratively with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is maintained on site. Manage design documentation, materials/finishes schedules, shop drawings and revisions. Ensure excellence in visual presentation: mood boards, renderings, 3D models, sample boards. Represent the company externally -- your role involves influencing clients, building trust, and showcasing our brand.

Your profile:

British / European fluent in English (any additional European language is a plus). Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Architecture or similar. At least 2 years' experience in a design role (preferably within fit?out, interior design, landscaping or luxury environments). Proven track record of client?facing experience: presenting concepts, leading meetings, handling client feedback and revisions. Excellent communication skills, confident and professional in client meetings (in?person and virtual).
