Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for morning cuisine, creativity in plating, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy cafe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes (eggs, pancakes, sandwiches, etc.)
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards are consistently met
Manage mise en place and maintain kitchen cleanliness
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Assist with new menu items and recipe improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Breakfast or Line Chef (minimum 2 years preferred)
Knowledge of cafe and brunch menus
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
Work Schedule:
Morning shifts - 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
