Job Description

As a Brasserie Barman, you will be responsible for providing excellent bar service, ensuring that guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service. You will be expected to have a strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages, as well as the ability to make recommendations and create unique drink experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests and take orders in a friendly and professional manner - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks - Ensure that all drinks are prepared to the highest standard and served in a timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed - Provide recommendations and make suggestions to guests based on their preferences - Engage with guests and create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service - Follow all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service guidelines - Perform other duties as assigned by the Bar Manager or other supervisory staff

Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a barman in a high-volume, upscale establishment - Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under pressure - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn - Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid bartending license/certification - Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus - Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
