JOB SUMMARY The Director of Branding, Communications & Events will be responsible for managing and executing the overall branding, art direction, communications, public relations, and events strategies to elevate our brand\'s presence in the hospitality industry. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Branding and Art Direction
Oversee the consistent application and evolution of our brand across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling visual assets and marketing collateral.
Ensure that the brand\'s visual identity and messaging align with our mission and values.
2. Communications
Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy, including both internal and external communications.
Develop and oversee the strategy for press, newsletters, and other communication materials.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
3. Public Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Proactively pitch stories and manage media inquiries to promote our brand positively.
Monitor media coverage, respond to media inquiries, and manage potential PR crises.
4. Events
If applicable, lead the planning, organization, and execution of events, ensuring they align with our brand\'s image and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure smooth event logistics.
Measure event success and ROI, making recommendations for future initiatives.
Required Skills and Education and Certification:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
7-10 years of experience in branding, communications, PR, and events within the hospitality industry at a luxury brand.
Access to talent of graphic and video designers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
