Role Overview

As the

Brand Strategist

, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our brand identity, positioning, and storytelling. You will develop data-driven strategies to boost engagement, foster trust, and create a distinct EdTech presence in the Abu Dhabi market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies tailored for Abu Dhabi's EdTech market. Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform branding decisions. Create brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual guidelines aligned with company objectives. Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to build cohesive brand campaigns. Identify high-impact opportunities for brand partnerships, sponsorships, and public relations. Manage brand communication across digital platforms, events, and community initiatives. Measure and analyze brand performance metrics to refine strategies.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, preferably within the EdTech or education sector. Proven track record in Abu Dhabi market with deep cultural and market understanding. Experience in developing brand identities, messaging frameworks, and campaigns. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Middle East digital marketing trends and Arabic communication is a plus.
