Job Description

If the candidate has strong business development experience and a proven ability to sell, this

opportunity could potentially lead to an income of between AED 8,000-14,000 in commissions per

month.

Responsibilities

? Promote, market and sell Ezarri, Rosa Gres, and Balliu products in the UAE market.

? Conduct a minimum of 25 visits per month to architects, contractors, builders, and designers.

? Generate leads, build strong client relationships, and follow up on inquiries.

? Record and maintain customer data on a shared Google Sheet, including full contact details

and proof of business card.

? Coordinate with the Sales HOD for support and updates.

? Manage assigned customer accounts; all future inquiries from those accounts will be handled

by the Rep.

? Work on company-provided leads and convert them into sales.

? Provide regular reporting and updates on market visits, leads, and opportunities.

? Represent the company in a professional manner while working independently.

Compensation & Commission

? Fixed monthly engagement fee: AED 4,000 (based on 25 contacts minimum per month,

equivalent to AED 160 per contact).

? Commission: 4% on sales generated from the Rep's customers.

? Incentives are paid upon completion of the full sales cycle.

Company Support

? Sales HOD as designated support representative.

? Marketing materials: visiting cards, brochures, samples, advertising materials, etc.

Other Terms

? No reimbursement for fuel, phone, or transport.

? No fixed duty hours.

? Scope of coverage: the United Arab Emirates.

? Rep may undertake other private work, provided there is no conflict of interest or competition

with the above products.

? Agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice.

Candidate Profile

? Fluent in English and Spanish (Arabic an advantage).

? Must be on own visa / self-employed status.

? Strong network within the UAE's design and construction sector.

? Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.

? Strong communication and reporting skills.

? Prior experience in sales/marketing of construction materials, building finishes,

outdoor/landscape products, pools, tiles, furniture, or interior decoration preferred..
