Roles and Responsibilities:
The primary goal of this role is to support the vision of inspiring the dreams and aspirations of shareholders, brand owners, customers, consumers, and employees by building lasting, meaningful relationships with our strategic supplier partners and achieving our corporate aim of being recognized as outstanding business partners.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this exciting position offers the opportunity to support a portfolio of world-renowned brands within one of the largest global drinks companies.
The role is crucial in growing brand equity and sales for key global beer brands through initiatives such as:
Capturing significant market share in the beer category, with a focus on Dubai's On-Trade sector, to meet brand targets.
Prioritizing distribution by identifying opportunities, monitoring performance against KPIs, and regularly reporting to the company and brand owners.
Inspiring trade partners to develop genuine enthusiasm for the brand portfolio.
Executing all trade activities with excellence, setting and surpassing commercial and equity-driven KPIs.
Enhancing brand loyalty among customers and consumers through frequent, personalized engagement with Food & Beverage managers and service staff.
Desired candidate profile:
Graduate with 5-7 years of experience in Food & Beverages, FMCG, Wine & Spirits, or agencies, specializing in brand activations and promotions across retail and HORECA/hotel sectors.
Strong personal and professional presence with high impact.
Deep understanding of customer needs and beverage/Food & Beverages industry processes.
Passionate about generating innovative ideas and developing effective execution strategies.
Engaging communicator with credibility who can motivate and inspire audiences.
Skills:
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
Fluent in both written and spoken English, skilled in engaging audiences through storytelling.
Strong ability to build relationships and networks, using diverse communication styles to influence effectively.
Excellent public speaking skills, capable of connecting with a wide range of audiences.
Skilled at influencing individuals at all levels, including company staff, bar personnel, and Food & Beverage managers.
Effective teaching abilities in multicultural environments.
Quick learner with experience designing and delivering impactful programs.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
