Good communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.

Proven ability to train, guide, and support staff effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prepare accurate reports.
Customer-focused with a professional and proactive demeanor.
Valid UAE driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend brand open days, activations, events, and retailer shop visits to represent and promote the brand.
Consult with clients and provide expert product advice.
Visit retailer stores periodically to maintain brand presence and support.
Conduct staff knowledge refreshment training sessions to prepare salon/retail teams for events.
Provide performance reports, including feedback and quantities sold per event.
Support brand visibility through strong in-store presence and customer engagement.
Act as the point of contact for brand queries during events.
Ensure merchandising and product displays meet brand standards.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment for events and displays.
Gather competitor insights and market feedback to share with the team.
Suggest improvements for future activations and marketing strategies.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to confidently communicate features and benefits.
