Job Summary:

The Brand Promoter for Hair Dryers & Vacuum Cleaners is responsible for actively promoting and demonstrating the brand's home appliance products to potential customers at retail locations. The goal is to educate customers on product features, increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ensure an excellent in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively approach customers in retail stores/malls and introduce them to the brand's hair dryers and vacuum cleaners. Demonstrate product features (e.g., power settings, noise levels, attachments, energy efficiency) in a clear and engaging way. Explain the benefits of each product model, helping customers choose the best fit for their needs. Answer customer questions regarding product use, warranty, and after-sales service. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area. Track and report daily/weekly sales and customer interactions to the supervisor. Monitor product stock and request replenishments when needed. Gather customer feedback and report competitor activity. Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all promotional materials are up to date and correctly placed. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in sales or product promotion, preferably in electronics or home appliances. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented personality. Ability to explain technical features in simple terms. Well-groomed and presentable appearance in line with brand image. Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
