Answer questions and provide detailed information about products/services.
Collect feedback and customer insights to help improve marketing strategies
Actively promote the brand and its products at retail locations, events or exhibitions.
Use the stretegies like Upselling, cross-selling, link selling and add selling products to increase sales.
Meet or exceed sales targets as set by the company.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions and pricing.
Represent the brand consistently with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Ensure brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are followed.
Maintain a presentable and professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing is a plus).
Preferred WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust ) level certificates.
Prior experience in promotions, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to stand for long hours and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
