We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Partnership Manager to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for the division across Talent, Gaming, website, and events. The role includes developing new revenue streams and opportunities and growing the influencer marketing share in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with the team in the head office in Dubai
Develop new business leads
Ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved
Liaise closely with finance, operations, and production teams
Generate revenue from agencies and direct clients
Use existing contacts to make an immediate impact
Maximize market share in the region
Use current market information to analyze trends
Develop and grow a personal client base
Respond to RFPs and customize proposals to win new business in the region
Candidate Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A passion for creative selling and onboarding new clients
