The Role
Key Responsibilities Brand Development & Strategy o Support the creation and execution of brand marketing plans aligned with company objectives. o Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels. o Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for brand positioning. Marketing Campaigns o Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, events). o Coordinate with creative teams/agencies for content development and campaign assets. o Track and measure campaign effectiveness, providing insights for optimization. Digital & Social Media Marketing o Manage brand presence across digital platforms (website, social media, email). o Develop engaging content that builds awareness and drives customer engagement. o Analyze digital performance metrics and suggest improvements. Event & Promotion Management o Assist in planning and executing promotional events, sponsorships, and activations. o Build relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to maximize brand exposure. Collaboration & Communication o Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment of brand strategy. o Support internal communications and training initiatives on brand guidelines.
Requirements
Candidate must have 2-3 years of experience o Must have a bachelor's degree o He/ She will be based in Dubai but will have to work for all over GCC and RSA o Strong communication skills o Must have a good brand marketing knowledge
