ABOUT THE ROLE
The Brand Manager is responsible for the development and execution of all Marketing strategies for the brands\' portfolio in Middle East region (incl. TR). You will be responsible for launching a new brand and driving brand growth via new product launches and tactical support, ensuring pillar prioritization and best-in-class implementation of promotion & advertising.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Develop, own and execute brand strategies and plans for Middle East, aligned with global strategies and tailored to local needs to maximize growth and grow market share.
Communicate back on the right needs to maximize brand according to Middle East market specificities and consumer profiles
Implement launch activities to focus on the right doors and right innovation that are in line with brand priorities and strategies and ensure timely execution
Ensure in-market executional excellence in-line with market & consumer needs
Work with Retailers to amplify store activities via additional means: social, CRM, activation, online
Lead Integrated Marketing Communications strategies & plans across key platforms (media, visibility, promotions) to deliver launch plans. For this, you will work closely and manage agencies to develop & deliver digital, social media & PR plans to drive awareness, buzz and consumer engagement
Develop media, digital, e-commerce and influencer management strategies.
Collaborate and build strong relationship with sales, merchandizing teams, trade marketing, and external agencies to achieve your goals
Measure success of innovation launches and marketing campaigns
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
We\'d love to see candidates who have:
A passion for beauty, skincare and luxury brands
At least 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management in luxury skincare is a must
At least 2 years\' experience in the Middle East region
Proven track record of managing brand strategy, budget and planning
Strong time management and operational excellence
Strategic thinking and creativity
Strong communication skills
