Office Coordination & Support functions communication
SOP Development covering the administrative & operational aspects (FOH/BOH/Back Office)
Maintenance Snag-list update & follow-up
Guest CRM & Complaints Tracking (Coordination with CS & Marketing)
Coordination with Sales & PR Manager on post deal signing execution: Planning & management of the corporate event/ external function management \xe2\x80\x93 in coordination with operations
Delivery project launch and aggregators coordination
Control cash, petty cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures
Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and administrative tasks\xe2\x80\x99 schedules for follow up & execution, in coordination with Head Office Support Functions, in an organized and timely manner
