Job Description
- In-depth understanding & implementation of all policies, procedures, standards, specifications and guidelines
- Staff administration management
- Recruitment coordination and follow-up
- Suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 coordination and follow-up; shop par levels and orders planning
- COGS & Inventory Management
- P&L Management
- Menu Costing/ Recipes Updates/ Menu Engineering
- System & IT Coordination: IT Connection/ Reservation Platform/ POS Update/ Printers Functionality/ CCTV Cameras/ Sound System
- Marketing Activities review and follow up in coordination with Marketing team: Social Media updates/ Menu Updates/ Delivery Platforms/ Posts & Customer Reply/ Stories, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
- Office Coordination & Support functions communication
- SOP Development covering the administrative & operational aspects (FOH/BOH/Back Office)
- Maintenance Snag-list update & follow-up
- Guest CRM & Complaints Tracking (Coordination with CS & Marketing)
- Coordination with Sales & PR Manager on post deal signing execution: Planning & management of the corporate event/ external function management \xe2\x80\x93 in coordination with operations
- Delivery project launch and aggregators coordination
- Control cash, petty cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures
- Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and administrative tasks\xe2\x80\x99 schedules for follow up & execution, in coordination with Head Office Support Functions, in an organized and timely manner
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Food & Beverage: 4 years (Preferred)
- Arabic (Required)
