Brand Manager – Luxury Beauty & Technology (retail & Sales Leadership)
Job Description
Own the brand's retail performance across locations
Lead daily sales execution from the floor
Build schedules, rotations, and performance coverage
Carry full responsibility for monthly revenue targets & KPIs
Train teams on customer approaching, traffic stopping, closing & upselling
Personally demonstrate how to sell high-ticket products
Recruit, scout, and build a constant pipeline of strong sales talent
Identify top performers early and build a competitive but healthy sales culture
Run daily / weekly motivation & sales sessions
Work directly with ownership and back office on growth strategy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
