Brand Manager | MAF LifeStyle | K-Beauty Brand
ROLE SUMMARY
The Brand Manager is responsible for achieving both top-line and bottom-line targets for a portfolio of brands. The role will oversee commercial operations & distribution across designated markets or networks, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. The Brand Manager will collaborate closely with retail partners and store teams to drive sales performance, enhance customer experience, and strengthen overall brand visibility. This includes ensuring operational excellence,
ROLE PROFILE

  • Drive sales performance by optimizing the distribution network, setting targets, and developing new commercial initiatives.
  • Maintain high Visual Merchandising standards and ensure effective store layouts aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal needs.
  • Coordinate events, marketing alignment, and stock flow to maximize sales, brand visibility, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze business reports, store performance, stock accuracy, and channel results to recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure optimal inventory placement to reduce markdowns, prevent disruption, and improve sales productivity.
  • Lead customer service excellence by ensuring proper staffing models, resolving complaints, and coaching teams on service behaviors.
  • Promote and support sustainability initiatives in operations, customer experience, and community impact.
  • Monitor KPIs including sales targets, shrinkage, stock accuracy, NPS, data capture, employee turnover, and sustainability performance.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a retail managerial role.
  • Education: High school certificate; additional retail-related qualification is an advantage.
  • Leads with strong market awareness, resource planning, and clear prioritization to drive operational delivery.
  • Makes complex decisions with urgency, leveraging data, managing risks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrates strong customer-centric leadership, setting high service standards and coaching teams to build trust.
  • Champions collaboration, talent development, and innovation--fostering open communication, creative thinking, and a "fail fast, learn fast" culture.
