The role involves managing our brand portfolio, executing marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with clinics, dermatologists, and distributors across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Lead product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with sales, training, and medical teams for consistent brand positioning.
Manage digital marketing, social media, and participation in industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Manage Sales Team and Set Targets
Track product performance and ensure brand standards are met.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field.
With proven experience as Brand Manager or Marketing Executive in the aesthetic, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven experience with injectable fillers,aesthetic dermatology, and medical beauty products.
Strong understanding of aesthetic market dynamics and customer behavior.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, brand analytics, and MS Office tools.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
