The Role

Position Title:

Brand Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands. : o Responsible for shaping and elevating the brand image of the company and its products. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product assortments that meet consumer needs and drive market success. o Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including digital platforms, advertising, and in-store experiences. o Conduct regular audits and store visits to assess compliance and identify growth opportunities. o Collaborate with brands to identify market trends and consumer preferences that inform product development. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring strategic alignment.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. o Minimum of 5 years of experience in Retail Brand Management, preferably in the footwear industry. o Proficient in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools to support smart business decisions.
