. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in brand strategy, product marketing, and category management, with a deep understanding of K-beauty trends, consumer behavior, and retail dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement
brand strategy
to increase market share, visibility, and consumer engagement for Korean beauty products.
Manage
product lifecycle
from concept to launch -- including positioning, pricing, packaging, and promotion.
Conduct
market research
to analyze competitors, identify emerging trends, and develop strategic action plans.
Work closely with suppliers, distributors, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand image and alignment with global K-beauty standards.
Plan and execute
marketing campaigns
, collaborations, and influencer partnerships to build brand awareness and loyalty.
Monitor
sales performance, ROI, and brand KPIs
to ensure targets are achieved and marketing spend is optimized.
Collaborate with retail and e-commerce teams to ensure effective product displays, stock availability, and promotional strategies.
Prepare regular
reports and presentations
for management on brand performance, consumer insights, and future strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business, or related field
(Master's preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in brand management, preferably within the
beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry
.
Proven knowledge and passion for
Korean beauty brands, trends, and ingredients
.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in
digital marketing and influencer marketing
highly desirable.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
Fluency in
English
