Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of our brand strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand equity, driving brand awareness, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. This role requires a mix of creativity, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of consumer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position the brand effectively in the market.

Market Research:

Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth.

Campaign Development:

Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store platforms.

Brand Guidelines:

Maintain and enforce brand consistency in all marketing communications, materials, and experiences.

Product Launches:

Partner with product, sales, and design teams to support new product launches and brand extensions.

Performance Tracking:

Analyze campaign effectiveness and brand performance using KPIs and insights from analytics tools.

Collaboration:

Work closely with creative team, and other stakeholders to bring brand campaigns to life.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus) 3-7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles Strong project management and organizational skills Proficiency in data analysis and marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and storytelling Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
