Main Responsibilities:
Brand Messaging - Defines brand voice, tone, and storytelling across all materials.
Campaign Concepts - Plans and approves brand campaigns, themes, and seasonal creative direction.
Creative Team Leadership - Supervises designers, videographers, social host, and content creation.
Social Media & PR - Oversees social media calendar, posting quality, captions, and PR coordination.
Content Quality - Approves all visuals, videos, and text before publishing to ensure brand consistency.
Listings Presentation - Ensures photography, descriptions, and amenities match brand standards.
Campaign Execution - Translates creative ideas into posts, ads, and promotional activities with the team
Brand Guidelines & Assets - Maintains templates, visual standards, and consistency across materials.
Collaborations & Partnerships - Manages influencer, PR, and co-branding opportunities.
Corporate Image - Ensures professional, aspirational image for all company departments and projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 in a managerial role.
Proven experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or real estate.
Strong expertise in marketing branding.
Demonstrated success in leading teams of 5+ people with measurable results.
Skilled in balancing creative leadership with data-driven performance.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management, and Business Development.
