We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Brand Manager to lead the marketing and commercial strategy for our Bakery, Grocery, and Protein categories. The ideal candidate will drive brand performance, oversee portfolio growth, and manage marketing execution across retail and foodservice channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve growth, market share, and profitability targets
Manage product portfolio performance, pricing, and positioning across the bakery, grocery, and protein categories
Plan and implement annual marketing calendars, promotions, and trade marketing activities
Conduct market analysis and track consumer insights, sales trends, and competitor activities
Lead new product launches and packaging development with cross-functional teams
Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retail partners to ensure brand visibility and availability
Coordinate with sales teams to develop channel-specific plans for retail, modern trade, and HORECA
Monitor marketing budgets, campaign ROI, and category P&L performance
Support forecasting and demand planning through close collaboration with supply chain and commercial teams
Ensure all branding and communications align with corporate guidelines and product positioning
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
5 - 8 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG or food industry
Experience managing Bakery, Grocery, or Protein categories is a strong advantage
Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Nielsen or similar market data tools
