We are looking for a passionate and experienced

Cluster Head Barista

to lead and elevate our beverage program across multiple cafe and bakery branches. The ideal candidate brings creativity in coffee and juice innovation, strong operational know-how, and hands-on leadership across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate barista teams across multiple branches (20+ staff) Maintain high standards in beverage quality, hygiene, customer service, and presentation Develop and introduce new beverage recipes, including specialty coffees, juices, and signature drinks Oversee daily operations: team scheduling, workflow optimization, and inventory control Coordinate with kitchen and bakery teams to ensure smooth service flow Monitor performance across all assigned locations and implement continuous improvements Conduct regular training on product knowledge, customer interaction, and SOPs Handle customer feedback to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience Support the hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of barista staff Manage cost controls, minimize waste, and enhance beverage station efficiency Collaborate with senior management on promotional plans, seasonal menus, and overall beverage strategy

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a cafe or F&B operation within the UAE Strong knowledge of coffee, juice, and modern beverage trends Skilled in drink development, menu innovation, and presentation Hands-on experience with cashiering operations and POS systems Excellent leadership, team management, and communication abilities Highly organized and capable of managing multiple locations effectively Energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional beverage experiences
