The Brand Coordinator executes and manages the activities of the brand, classification or key programs, depending on scope and complexity. To provide support in order to achieve company\xe2\x80\x99s key objectives on sales, margins, stock levels and to assist the Brand Manager in ensuring that an effective plan is in place both in terms of service level and cost efficiencies in accordance to changing business circumstances.
What you will do
Sales Performance Update
Update the Daily EOD for assigned Market
Regular Update of Wtd, Mtd, Std And Ytd Store/Brand Performance
Monitors SAP and Retail pro prism sale accuracy and coordinates for corrective solution if required for stores
Weekly replenishment report of non-Merchandise requirements of stores
Provide weekly bestseller and slow seller reports and category mix reports vs LY
Consolidate and verify defective products raised by stores and communicate to the Brand
Weekly sales report with pictures
Provides online and wholesale sales reports for replenishment monitoring
Weekly margin review and reports preparation for store review and action
Shipment
Shipment coordination from principal, SCM forwarder and logistics
Article Creation in SAP, pricing in SAP, PO creation in SAP, STO creation in SAP & Monitoring of GRN POs
Coordination with Accounts for payment process
PR and PO creation of non-merchandise items in ARIBA
Maintaining tracker of PO, payments, and STO for stock allocations.
Stocks and dispatch verification for margin monitoring and ageing stocks allocation from the brand
Weekly verification and monitoring of SRD for excess missing and stocks allocation from principal for all regions
Monthly Credit Notes reconciliation and preparation for any shipment discrepancies, faulty items and margin difference for 26 stores and 5 regions
Non merchandise ordering, allocation and reconciliation such as Hangers, Shopping bags, vent artwork for window display
Monitoring of Royalty, Merchandise Fee and SBLC renewal for 5 regions
Reports
Weekly Managers report
Stocks and Sale Analysis (WTD, MTD, STD, YTD)
Weekly Store Performance report
Brand Presentation preparation such as Trade presentation, STD presentation
Planning and Budget update and monitoring
Product performance analysis report and season product performance reports
Data capture consolidation on monthly basis
Events monitoring performance
Concession reports such as sale and stock performance including promotion coordination
Non merchandise monitoring and reconciliation
Marketing and promotion
Prepares Sell though reports for thorough understanding for brand strategy
Pricing Strategy implementation for BM, Planning and Managing Director\xe2\x80\x99s approval
Price update and monitoring
Update on Markdown tool
Monitoring and Coordination with stores re stock take/Physical inventory requirements
Coordination of supplies allocation to stores
Adjustment of stock related discrepancies coordinated with P&C
Other task that may be assigned from time to time
Buy in monitoring of new categories for the brand such as perfume, gifting and watches
Damages, Uniform and Marketing monitoring for all stores in assigned markets
Promotional calendar update and implementation with coordination with marketing for commercial aspect if necessary
Promotion creation, monitoring and analysis for store, online and Blue app for 5 regions;26 stores
Collaboration
Support store team to build good relationship to work smoothly and efficiently. In addition, feedback from these visits to be shared to drive actions and improve the business
Continued communication and collaboration with all departments, from VM, to Planning and beyond, to better understand business requirements
Coordination with Brand principal for new requirements and current season update
Collation of SRD, damages, uniform, and marketing for write off for 6 countries 24 stores on monthly basis
