As a Brand Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing brand promotion inquiries, building relationships with potential clients, and ensuring the successful execution of promotional campaigns. As the

Brand Coordinator

, you will act as the main point of contact for all brand promotion inquiries. You will handle incoming leads, qualify them, and work with internal teams to deliver exceptional promotional strategies that meet brand objectives.

Responsibilities

:

Serve as the primary contact for all brand and marketing inquiries. Manage the lead generation process from initial contact to campaign execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, marketing agencies, and partners. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between brand promotions and business goals. Coordinate campaigns and marketing materials, ensuring timely and successful execution. Create detailed reports on leads, promotions, and campaigns for management. Negotiate and finalize agreements with brand representatives, ensuring all terms are clear and met. Assist in developing creative promotional strategies and materials. Follow up with clients after campaign execution to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

:

2-3 years of experience in brand coordination, marketing, or sales (preferably in a media or influencer-related industry). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively. Experience managing multiple leads and clients at once. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
