- Item creation
- PO generation (Should coordinate with internal & external partners for PI etc)
- Advance processing
- Bulk documents checking & verification
- Coordinating with logistic team & vendors for timely goods handover
- Payment processing
- Follow up with internal teams for payments / swift copies
- Updating payment tracker
- Season ETD/ETA updation based on vessel details
- Sharing payment advise to vendors
- Follow up with vendors for original documents / Cepa certificates
- Follow up with warehouse for GRN etc
