Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Storytelling (Core)
Create original
photo, video, reel, and short-form content
from garage operations, team, customers, and leadership
2. Social Media Ownership
Fully manage Carwox social media platforms:
Instagram
Facebook
TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)
Plan and execute
monthly content calendars
aligned with:
Brand goals
3. Vision Translation
Understand founder's vision and long-term goals (expansion, franchising, brand leadership)
Convert vision into:
Content themes
Campaign ideas
Series (education, trust, behind-the-scenes, leadership)
Ensure all content answers:"Why should customers trust Carwox?"
4. Community & Engagement
Respond to comments and DMs professionally
Build community trust and engagement
Highlight customer feedback, reviews, and testimonials
Coordinate with front office/service advisors for customer stories
5. Campaigns & Growth Support
Assist in planning:
Service campaigns
Seasonal promotions
Brand awareness initiatives
Shoots
Support new branch launches with digital content
6. Brand Consistency & Documentation
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Help build:
Content SOPs
Posting guidelines
Visual reference library
Prepare the brand to be
replicated across future franchises
7. Performance Tracking
Track basic social media KPIs:
Reach
Engagement
Follower growth
Leads from social
Provide
simple monthly reports
with insights and improvement ideas
Required Skills & Profile

Excellent understanding of
Instagram Reels & Meta platforms
Ability to edit videos (CapCut / Premiere / VN / InShot)
Clear understanding of
branding, not just posting
Good communication skills (English mandatory, Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is a plus)
Willing to be
on-ground in garage
to capture real content

Experience in automotive, luxury, or service industry
Understanding of UAE audience behavior
Ability to work independently without micromanagement
