What you can expect:
Brand Communications Strategy: Develop effective communication strategies for both brands HUGO & BOSS, in line with global guidelines and market specificities Work closely with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the implementation of a strong communications plan Define KPIs for each communications channel to assess the campaigns performance and draw learnings Stay abreast of trends & latest developments in Media, identifying opportunities and adopting new technologies when relevant Responsible for setting and continuously maintaining the brand voice across all channels
Public Relations: Manage & work closely with our PR agency, ensuring a proper implementation of our plans
Drive negotiation & implementation of sponsored contents, photoshoots and special features Foster media relations & build strong rapport with key publications Overseeing press samples management In charge of media monitoring & coverage reports
Media: Work closely with our Media counterparts in HQ, aligning on media strategy and ensuring a proper implementation of our media plans Work on post campaign reports to analyses & employ campaign learnings Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with publishers and advertising networks
Influencer Marketing: Identify key content creators & opinion leaders building on existing relationships & establishing new ones and manage all In charge of talent database management, liaising with HQ for campaign alignment Define, develop and maintain strong relations with all large scale and rising influencers, managing all communications with them Ensure proper implementation of plans with campaign monitoring & reporting
Your profile:
Bachelors or higher degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field 5-7 years of experience in brand communications in the Middle East Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people of all levels and build rapport Client centric thinking and good understanding of luxury/fashion industry Good understanding of new media/digital marketing and proven track record of innovative applications Good business acumen and analytical skills; good balance between conceptual and pragmatic approach Reliable and work well individually as well as in a team Innovative, creative, solution driven and detail oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus
