The Brand & Communication Specialist role will be crucial in executing brand and communication strategy, branding initiatives and events, reinforcing brand equity, aligning communication with business objectives through the following activities:
Create communication briefs aligned with overall brand strategy and business objectives
Define media strategy based on the campaign\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
Implement ATL campaign campaigns
Develop BTL toolkits (in-store branding) for regional campaigns and innovation launches
Ensure consistent execution of the campaigns across all activation touchpoints
Monitor and report on the success of campaigns, making recommendations for improvement and optimization
Manage the planning, logistics and execution of events and exhibitions
Develop and maintain strong communication with agencies and key stakeholders
Oversee the design and development of event and exhibition branding materials
Raise awareness internally and externally regarding event
Evaluate the success of events and exhibitions and make recommendations for improvements
Lead packaging projects, including visual identity revamp, new packaging for innovations, line extensions and packaging optimization projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing category, trade marketing and sales, consumer insights, innovations, procurement, and finance, among others
Manage multiple agencies of different disciplines, including advertising, media, packaging and events
Manage project budget thoroughly to ensure adherence with the forecast and targets.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
Fluent in English
Arabic is a plus
4+ years of experience in an FMCG company within the marketing function
Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 in brand or communication roles in the Middle East
Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in events & exhibitions
Desirable experience in PR
Knowledge & Skills
Foundation of marketing experience in consumer brand marketing
Campaign building experience, both ATL and BTL
Media strategy and planning know-how
Solid experience in managing events and exhibitions
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and as a part of the team
Budget management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
